This study evaluated the effect of remote work on employee productivity within Ghana’s telecommunications industry, with particular emphasis on employees of a Telecommunications Call Centre Process in Accra. The study examined how aspects of remote working, including flexibility, employee autonomy, job satisfaction, and employee dedication, relate to productivity.

The study adopted a quantitative research approach. The study population comprised 150 employees, from which a sample of 108 respondents was selected using simple random sampling. Primary data were collected through a structured questionnaire administered using Google Forms.
